This explains what this platform collects about you, why, and what you can do about it. It covers app.moneymusclememory.com (the Money Muscle Memory member portal and the Fulfilled AF book portal), vip.ploutonlife.com (the Plouton Life client portal), and wellthcode.ploutonlife.com (the WELLth Code and WELLth Wheel assessments). They are one platform operated by one company.
Ordering the book at fulfilledafbook.com is covered by its own privacy policy, because that order collects a shipping address this platform never sees.
The controller is Plouton Life LLC, Las Vegas, Nevada. You can reach us at pete@ploutonlife.com.
We do not sell your personal information, and we never have. We do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Your assessment answers are not traded, rented or used to build advertising profiles.
| What | Why |
|---|---|
| Your name and email | To create your account, sign you in, and send you what you bought. |
| Purchase records — what you bought, when, the amount, and a Stripe reference | To give you access to it, to support you afterwards, and to keep the accounts. We never receive your full card number. |
| Assessment answers — WELLth Code, WELLth Wheel and similar | To produce your report. This is the most personal thing here: it describes what you value and where your life is out of balance. |
| What you do in the book — reading progress, highlights, dog-ears, notes | So your place and your marks are there next time, on whatever device you open. |
| Messages and support tickets | To answer you, and to keep the thread so neither of us has to start again. |
| Files you upload | Stored only to show back to you and, where you have asked for it, to the advisor you are working with. |
| Technical data — IP address, browser, pages viewed, error logs | To keep the Service secure and working, and to diagnose faults. |
We keep this list short on purpose, and it is complete. Each of these only receives what it needs to do its job.
| Who | What for |
|---|---|
| Supabase | Database, sign-in and file storage. Where your account lives. |
| Vercel | Hosting and delivery of the site itself. |
| Stripe | Payments. Stripe handles your card details directly; we never see them. |
| Resend | Sending transactional email, such as your sign-in link and purchase confirmation. |
| GoHighLevel | Our CRM, so we can keep track of customers and send updates you asked for. |
| Anthropic | Powers assistant features. Content sent for this purpose is not used to train their models. |
| ElevenLabs | Produces the Fulfilled AF audiobook narration. It processes the book, not your data. |
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim. If the business is ever sold, your information may transfer with it, and we would tell you first.
Our providers store data in the United States. If you are in the UK or EEA, your information is transferred there under Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
Wherever you live, we will honour these:
Email pete@ploutonlife.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
If you are in the UK or EEA and are unhappy with our response, you can complain to your data protection authority.
There are two kinds, and the difference matters:
We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. The Service stores a small amount of data in your browser so it can work:
Clearing your browser data removes these and signs you out.
If you turn them on, we store a notification token for your browser so we can send them. Turn them off in your browser settings or in your account, and the token is discarded.
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Access to your data is enforced at the database with row-level security, so one account cannot read another's. Uploaded files are stored in private buckets, reachable only through short-lived links issued to you. Payment card details never reach our systems at all.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affects your personal information, we will tell you and the relevant regulator as the law requires.
The Service is not for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the Service before it takes effect. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
